This version replaces deprecated LatεX3 commands with newer ones and updates the Require-ed packages to ensure the package continues working in the future. It also fixes a bug where empty cells in p-style columns had their background not completely filled.

This package reworks the internals of tabular, array, and similar constructs, and adds a \cellprops command accepting CSS-like selectors and properties. It depends on mdwtab, xcolor, expl3, and xparse.
